Healthy fruit smoothie

I love a fruit smoothie any time of the day, it’s great for those sweet cravings and a brilliant way to ensure you are getting your daily dose of fruit!

One banana
Three strawberries
Handful of blueberries
1/2 cup orange juice

Chop up the banana and strawberries and add to your nutribullet, add the blueberries, orange juice then whizz for 30 seconds.
