Banana & blueberry healthy muffins

These muffins are quite possibly the most easiest muffins I have made in a long time! And believe it or not they’re healthy!  The ones I made don’t really look like the picture and they have a flapjack top and muffin bottom but they tasted delicious and were a firm favorite in the office!

3 large mashed bananas

200g blueberries

240ml unsweetened almond milk

2 eggs

1 tbsp baking powder

270g oats

Method

Preheat your oven to 200C.

Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the blueberries.

Once combined, gently stir the blueberries in.

Pop muffin cases into a muffin tray and spoon the mix equally into each case.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
