Hardcore abs routine

I am a massive fan of leading a fit and healthy lifestyle so I have created a hardcore abs routine for you to help you get that bikini body!!

It’s so important that you understand I may not always be in the correct positions but I am always learning and developing but these exercises have worked to tone my body plus the exercise classes I do 🙂

I tend to do this 3-4 times a week and repeat if you’re super hardcore!
20 mountain climbers
20 froggers
20 leg raises with tuck
20 bicycle crunches
10 leg extensions
20 extended leg extensions
20 leg scissors
20 Russian twists
10 knee tuck crunches
20 toe touches
20 alternating jackknives
20 full situps
20 walking plank
