A couple of you have requested to see me review Clean Eating Alice’s book The Body Bible so I was more than happy to do so!
Alice’s book is very different, in my opinion, to the others I have because as it says in the title it is literally a bible. It has everything you need to do for a lifestyle change. We are all guilty of exercising then looking in the mirror to see if we have abs and I regularly do this myself. She highlights the importance of eating good nutritious food which doesn’t have to be boring and has shared so many helpful hints and tips to help you along your journey.
