Step outside and take a minute for yourself

Last week I mentioned my memory is terrible at the moment and I wanted to make sure I got some more fresh air at the weekends to clear my head and take some time for myself so that’s what I did today!

I popped on my gym kit, grabbed my iPod and began to walk enjoying the beautiful sun and nature around me. Half way around on my walk my iPod ran out of battery and i’m actually so glad it did because it made me listen to birds and cars passing which made me feel more relaxed!  Don’t forget you don’t need to go to a nature reserve or park to get some fresh air sometimes just a walk around the block will work wonders!
